Meet The Team

Michael is the owner of Shaikly Motor Company and has been since he took over from his father Frank Shaikly in 2002.

With over 30 years of experience in the motor trade, Michael is consistently updating his qualifications and training to be at the forefront of all the new technological advances. He is a qualified Master Technician. His continued studies ensure we are always offering our customers the most up to date and relevant diagnostic information.

Rob is the Managing Director of the company. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of its operations.

Rob has been working in the motor trade for 27 years, where he started in the local Vauxhall main dealer workshop as an apprentice and soon fast-tracked himself to Master Technician before progressing onto workshop Foreman for a number of years. In 2008 he took on the Service Manager position providing excellent customer service for Vauxhall, Mazda and Kia.

Rob joined us in 2019 and was appointed Managing Director in 2022.

Adam is our Workshop Manager at the Severalls Branch. He has over 35 years’ experience in the motor trade and was Shaikly Motor Company’s first apprentice.

He is also our dedicated MOT site manager.

Claire runs the service reception at the Severalls Branch. She will be your first point of contact when booking, dropping off and collecting your vehicle.

Marilyn is our Accounts Manager. She looks after the financial side of the business.
