Automotive Customer Service Advisor

Are you ready to bring your expertise to a thriving and energetic team? Here at Shaikly Motor Company Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our crew. You’ll be working across our two sites (as and when required) and will be stepping into a fast-paced role with plenty of excitement and variety, where no two days are the same. With the support of three well-established Service Advisors, your integration will be seamless, and we can promise that you’ll have the best guidance right from the start.

What you will be doing:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, whether over the phone, online, or face to face
• Handling parts ordering and online ordering
• Managing customer bookings
• Putting together and providing estimates
• Obtaining customer authorisations
• Gaining comprehensive experience in all service areas
• Managing the workshop diary
• Covering both of our sites as and when needed

What you need to bring:

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
• A keen interest in the automotive industry
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work well in a team
• PC Literate
