Shaikly Motor Company, formerly known as Frank Shaikly & Son, was established in 1977. The cost of repair will be spread over 4 equal payments and duration of 3 months - making the cost of vehicle repairs manageable.
Mark is our main diagnostic technician. He is undergoing a Master technician programme with BOSCH Car Service to ensure that our customers receive the very latest technological expertise. He is the main point of contact when it comes to technical issues. He has been with us for over 16 years and is responsible for the management of our workshop at the Hythe.

Michael is the Owner and Managing Director of the company. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of its operations. Michael oversees both the Hythe and Severalls branches and employs a team of 18 people across the two sites.
With over 30 years experience in the motor trade, Michael is consistently updating his qualifications and training to be at the forefront of all the new technological advances and to be able to offer our customers an in-depth knowledge and understanding of their needs. He is also Bosch Master Technician.
Rob is one of our General Managers at the Company and looks after the day to day running of the business. Rob has been working in the motor trade for 26 years, where he started in a local main dealer workshop as an apprentice and soon fast tracked himself to Service Manager within a short 10 years. Rob has provided specialist service management for Vauxhall, Mazda and Kia at main dealer level, gaining years of knowledge.
Rob started his role with us in January 2019 and is enjoying his new career, bringing with him all his expertise and experience to complement our company. He will be the person discussing the repair works and costings required on your vehicle.
Michelle is our Accounts Manager. She looks after the financial side of the business, speaking with suppliers and customers daily.
Adam is our Workshop Manager at the Severalls branch. Adam has over 33 years of experience within the motor trade and has been with us for over 31 years. He oversees all workshop technicians and is also our dedicated MOT Site Manager.
Claire runs the service reception at the Severalls Branch and will be your first point of call on the phone or when dropping off/picking up your vehicle.

I called in after a warning light appeared on my dashboard. I was away from home and in the area on business. The staff were very friendly and professional and the mechanic managed to resolve the problem for me there and then. I am very grateful for the excellent service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone local.
Being a young girl who knows very little about cars I was apprehensive about choosing which garages I could trust, this one however is the most trustworthy garage I’ve come across so far!
Having used them for an MOT for my car previously, when I needed some repairs doing I thought I’d try this garage again and they did not disappoint! I was given a no obligation quote free of charge before any work was done, along with free and honest advice from a mechanic. Whilst they can be slightly more expensive than other garages, the customer service here is impeccable. I cannot fault how well informed I felt throughout the whole process, with calls throughout keeping me up to date with the work.
Despite a few very minor unforeseen setbacks (which I was informed about in a very timely manner, and which were not the fault of this garage) the work cost me exactly what I was originally quoted.

Wow! 5 stars is completely deserved. I had the house move from hell on Friday, everything that could have gone wrong, did go wrong... apart from the incredible service provided by Shaikly. Every staff member I spoke with was so lovely and understanding. The vans themselves are wicked but customer service was what really stood out for me. Absolutely superb service again today. I needed some work doing and received and agreed to a quote but upon picking up the car the final price was just under £30 less because one part hadn't needed replacing after all. I'm really pleased once again with the service and professionalism that I have received from Shaikly Motor Company.

You'd be pushed to find a better garage! I was despairing because my DPF had gone on my car, and I was looking at over a grand for a new one, which in time would only block again. Shaikly saved me time and money, and even valeted my car afterwards! I would definitely be back, even for a service despite being 40 miles down the road in North London.
