FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you service all Vauxhall models?

Yes — we service and repair the full Vauxhall range, including the Corsa, Astra, Mokka, Insignia, and electric models like the Corsa-e and Mokka-e. Whether it’s routine servicing or more in-depth repairs, we follow Vauxhall’s recommended schedules.

Can you update my Vauxhall’s digital service history?

Absolutely. If your vehicle uses Vauxhall’s Digital Service Record system, we’ll update it after your service so your records remain complete and in line with manufacturer standards.

Do you use genuine Vauxhall parts?

We use genuine Vauxhall parts for vehicles still under warranty. For those out of warranty, we can offer high-quality OEM alternatives to give you flexibility without compromising performance or reliability.

My Vauxhall has a warning light on — can you check it?

Yes — we use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify faults quickly and accurately. Once we’ve carried out a full assessment, we’ll explain what we’ve found and provide a clear quote before doing any repairs.

Do you work on Vauxhall hybrid and electric vehicles?

We do. Our technicians are trained to service and repair electric and hybrid models, including high-voltage system checks, battery diagnostics, and EV-specific servicing.
