All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful, and Michael and Tim were both very knowledgeable and able to explain very well the procedures they were using to diagnose the problem with my motorhome ie. lack of performance with a totally mechanically operated turbo. They were reassuringly confident in confirming things that were working correctly and have improved the overall performance of my motorhome to what they consider is the best that could be achieved with a totally mechanical system. I have full trust in their honest approach in diagnosing the problem and am delighted with the results, much better than I expected. Shakily were recommended to me on the basis of doing a proper and thorough diagnosis, which in my opinion they have, and I would certainly pass that recommendation on to future potential clients. I would also add that the vehicle was left in a very clean state on leaving the workshop, another plus point in my estimation. All in all an excellent job all round
