At Shaikly Motor Company, we are so invested in EV training and technologies that in 2024, we launched Shaikly EV Specialists—our dedicated facility for electric vehicle maintenance and repairs. As EV adoption continues to grow, we recognised the need for specialist expertise to keep these vehicles running at their best. At Shaikly EV Specialists, we have the expertise and equipment to diagnose, repair, and maintain all types of EV’s, ensuring they remain efficient, safe, and reliable.

Our Approach to Diagnostics

Initially, we gather as much information about the fault as possible, often by using our Diagnostic Assessment form below. We then use this information to begin our logical fault-finding process. The more information we can gather usually means we are able to find the fault quicker, therefore saving you time and money.

The aim of our initial diagnostic assessment is to give you an answer as to how we can best move forward in repairing the fault on your vehicle. Often, we are able to determine the cause of the fault within the initial assessment and provide you with an accurate estimate for repairs. Alternatively, we will be able to devise a logical test plan that we need to carry out in order to get to the bottom of the fault. This may involve further checks and additional charges but we promise not to carry out any extra work until you have authorised it.

A member of our knowledgeable customer service team will contact you and explain the results of the diagnostic assessment and provide a clear estimate of the costs. We promise to offer our honest and fair advice and are happy to discuss any queries you may have at length.
