The Shaikly Training Facility opened in August 2024 as part of our Hawkins Road expansion. It is a follow on from Mick’s dedication to training and his investment into our team and our industry’s future.
This space is here for our team to grow and develop in a real working environment, but also to provide a place for others in the industry to learn alongside us. It brings workshop and front of house together, so the standard of our service stays consistent and exceptional.
Our FOH team regularly take part in hands-on sessions covering the technical processes happening in the workshop — so when they’re advising you on a complex fault or diagnostic plan, they know exactly what they’re talking about.
Whether it’s new equipment, vehicle technology or manufacturer changes, we keep our workshop team current and confident.
This space allows us to train apprentices using real vehicles, real faults and real-world setups, giving them the experience that online modules and classrooms simply can’t.

Our training facility wasn’t built just for us. The independent garage industry is packed with skill, experience and insight and we believe it should be shared.
That’s why our training space is open to the wider trade. We regularly host external trainers, technical experts and product specialists who need a professional, fully equipped environment to deliver quality sessions.
