We do not offer online booking for diagnostic assessments. There is a very simple reason for this.
Every fault is different.
Every vehicle is different.
And every situation requires a different approach.
Before we confirm a diagnostic appointment, we focus on information gathering. We take the time to understand:
the symptoms
the fault history
previous work carried out
how and when the issue occurs
the vehicle’s age, mileage and condition
This allows us to make sure we are the right garage to assess your vehicle and to advise you on the best next step. It also helps us allocate the correct technician and the correct amount of time, reducing misdiagnosis and unnecessary costs.
