We currently offer online booking for the following services:
You can book Class 4, Class 5 and Class 7 MOTs online. This covers standard cars, vans, larger vehicles, minibuses and selected commercial vehicles.
We offer manufacturer-approved servicing at both of our Colchester branches. All servicing is completed using approved parts and follows the correct service schedules for your vehicle.
Online booking is available for both R134a and R1234yf systems. If you are unsure which gas your vehicle uses, we will confirm this when you arrive.

We do not offer online booking for diagnostic assessments. There is a very simple reason for this.
Every fault is different.
Every vehicle is different.
And every situation requires a different approach.
Before we confirm a diagnostic appointment, we focus on information gathering. We take the time to understand:
the symptoms
the fault history
previous work carried out
how and when the issue occurs
the vehicle’s age, mileage and condition
This allows us to make sure we are the right garage to assess your vehicle and to advise you on the best next step. It also helps us allocate the correct technician and the correct amount of time, reducing misdiagnosis and unnecessary costs.
